2.Carpet customization process

1. After thegeneral plan is approved, the customer's designer needs to sort out the list ofthe carpet's location, style, size, material, and even craftsmanship, poundage,and thickness of the carpet.Each item is very important. The style carriesinformation about shape and color.; the size determines the size of the carpet;the material, craftsmanship, poundage, and thickness determine the quality ofthe carpet.The pound refers to the weight of the pile, and the thickness refersto the height of the carpet surface.

2. Based onthe actual size of the furniture, use CAD to measure, mainly to check whetherthe size of the carpet in the space is appropriate.

3.After thesize is suitable, send the list to our factory. We will then produce thedrawings based on the style and return it to the customer's designer. Thecarpet pattern, size and color ball model will be further detailed on thedrawing.

4. Thecustomer's designer, based on the drawings returned by our factory, comparesthe schemes, reviews and adjusts the carpet color and the color ball model.

5. Thecustomer's designer marks the final color of the adjusted color ball,communicates the process and makes the final confirmation with our factory.

6. Return toour factory for production or if the customer requires a carpet sample. If timeis not urgent, it is recommended to make a sample. This way, you can have amore intuitive view of the color and material of the carpet. You can also stepon it to try the feel. If you feel it is not suitable,you can make adjustments.Once our factory starts processing and manufacturing, no further adjustmentscan be made. Because our factory needs to dye the yarn according to theselected color ball color before processing.

7.After theabove content is well communicated, our factory can start production.Generally, the production cycle is about 30 days. During certain periods whenthe factory is busy and needs to schedule orders, the production cycle will belonger.
